We discuss Kieren’s epic bike ride from Uluṟu to the Yarra Valley as a 17 year old, and the hurdles he faced along the way. 
We chat about the various philanthropic challenges he’s taken on and how they taught him about the importance of self belief.  
 
Kieren is currently attempting to run from Melbourne to Brisbane to raise money for pancreatic cancer research.
 
Kieren also speaks about his new movie 'Kennedy' in which he is the executive producer as well as an actor.

We get to hear about his story of moving to Australia from Wales, and his chatting about his mental health journey that led him to an incredible completion of running 50ks for for 50 days for 2500kms!
 
The roller coaster journey makes this feat seem impossible to overcome, but Connors story of push through and determination is one to listen to.
